RULES OF USE OF THE HOSTEL
USERS
You can use the hostel those people who, having requested it in advance, by means of a form intended for this purpose, will be granted by the City Council upon payment of the fees regulated by the corresponding ordinance. In no case is the rent or assignment of the use allowed to third persons other than the applicants.
In case of users being minors they must be accompanied by tutors responsible for them.
Group A: from 2 to 6 people.
Group B: from 7 to 30 people.
Group C: schools up to Secondary Education and up to 30 people maximum, including monitors.
The stay of animals is prohibited.
APPLICATIONS AND RESERVATIONS
The reservation must be made, at most, 30 calendar days before the occupancy, having to pay 10% of the total amount to be paid. The rest, together with the deposit, must be delivered three days before the requested date. In case of failure to meet these requirements, the reservation will be rejected.
The reservation can be canceled and the amount of the advance will be returned to you as long as this cancellation takes place ten days before the date of occupation of the facilities.
The reservation can be made in the municipal offices, to the email address administracion@dayanueva.es, by fax to the number 96 570 06 42, sending a photocopy of the DNI and the reservation form together with the entry receipt, addressed to the City Hall of Daya Nueva In which it will be recorded the concept by which the money is entered (rate for use of the rural hostel).
DELIVERY AND RETURN OF THE KEYS
The keys will be delivered and will be returned in the place that is specified at the moment of processing the request.
For the collection of the keys, the person responsible for their delivery will present the proof of income of the fee and the deposit as well as the ID of the applicant.
RATES
The prices and the deposit for the use of the shelter will be those established by the annual fee regulation. The rate for 2011 is as follows:
A) The tax rate will be the one that results from the application of the following tariff:
Groups of 2 to 6 people: 9 € person / day, plus a fixed amount of 24 € / day.
Groups of 7 to 30 people: 12 € / person / day.
Schools up to Secondary Education, non-profit associations and youth associations up to and including 16 years, and up to a maximum of 30 people: 6 € person / day. B) Bond: Groups of 2 to 6 people: 90 €.
Groups of 7 to 30 people: € 180.
Schools up to Secondary Education, youth groups and associations non-profit up to 16 years inclusive, and up to a maximum of 30 people 180 €.
Groups of 7 to 30 people: 12 € / person / day.
Schools up to Secondary Education, non-profit associations and youth associations up to and including 16 years, and up to a maximum of 30 people: 6 € person / day. B) Bond: Groups of 2 to 6 people: 90 €.
