ABOUT US

The Daya Nueva Local Development Agency was created with the aim of boosting local economic activity, promoting employment and providing training for a higher professional qualification, in order to have greater access to the labor market. Our activity is aimed at job seekers, people who want to improve their work situation, entrepreneurs and companies that offer jobs. Our objective is to promote initiatives that develop the economic fabric, the training of human resources and the local labor market, favoring entrepreneurship and boosting self-employment. We promote the formation and orientation, as much occupational as professional and continuous of unemployed and workers.

STRUCTURE

We have an Employment and Local Development Agent that manages the different programs that are carried out and that develops the necessary functions for the achievement of the local development objectives.

A.2. Career Opportunities

The objective of this service is to create a point of union between job seekers and businesses in the area. To this end, the Agency for Employment and Local Development, carries out selection processes appropriate to the profile demanded by the companies. In addition, we have an information and job counseling service for people who request it. We also have information about occupational training courses.

1. OPERATION

Fill in all the fields of the profile profile of the position for the application of candidates.

If you do not have an e-mail, and you want to carry out these procedures in person or by fax, call us on the telephone 96 570 13 38 and we will explain the operation for both cases.

2. CANDIDATE APPLICATION

Please read this document carefully, before sending the profile profile card.

Fill in all the data on the job card and send it. It is imperative that you fill in all the boxes to get a correct pre-selection of the candidates.
The Employment and Local Development Agency (AEDL) will send the interested company a list of the candidates (with a contact telephone number) that fit according to the profile described in the form, by fax or email (as indicated the company).
The company will commit to inform the AEDL of the result of the selection once the process is finished and to see how many people have been hired.
The company, when citing each candidate, must indicate that their data have been forwarded from the service of the AEDL’s Job Exchange.

Must be in the offices of the Local Development Agency (C / Generalísimo, 5) with Curriculum Vitae or a working life, fill in the personal data sheet and pass a data review interview.

Hours of operation from Monday to Friday from 8:00 h. At 9:00 a.m. And from 1:30 p.m. At 3:00 p.m. We will also take care of you on Wednesdays from 16:00 h. At 7:30 p.m.

Our job exchange is renewed annually (it is necessary to attach a photo with the curriculum vitae), either in person or by email (adl@dayanueva.es).

2. REQUIREMENTS

The Job Exchange service is aimed at people who are unemployed, students or workers seeking employment improvement, who wish to find a job in their municipality or area.

Plaintiffs who require training for their optimal integration into the labor market.

C. Management of Employment Programs (SERVEF / INEM)

C.1. SPEE Convention-Local Corporations for Depressed Rural Areas

In 2010, two calls for this program were managed. The first one was developed in the months of May, June, July and August, involving five agricultural laborers. The second call took place from December 2010 to January 2011, giving work to two agricultural laborers. The works carried out are directed to the “Cleaning and conservation of green areas and municipal public spaces”.

C.2. Public employment programs of general and social interest in collaboration with SERVEF

C.2.1 EMCORP
Managed two calls, which have run from July to October 2010 the first, the second, from September to October. Both calls have employed seven unemployed workers, performing the sweeper function. The works are focused on the “Maintenance and improvement of public spaces of municipal ownership”.

C.2.2 EPAMER
The EPAMER program was developed between July and October 2010, hiring four unemployed workers as agricultural laborers. The program in which this activity has been carried out is framed in “Environmental Actions”.

C.2.3 EZOINT
With the denomination “Promotion of tourism, culture and sport”, it has been called to the action, that during the months of June, July, August, September and October of 2010, three unemployed people of this locality have realized.

C.2.4 YOUNG SALARY
Framed in “Support to the administration department,” is giving the first job opportunity to a graduate in labor relations, encouraging the incorporation of young people entering the labor market for the first time.


C.2.5 EXTENSION OF EMPLOYMENT AGENCY AND LOCAL DEVELOPMENT
The Development Agency of Daya Nueva, started its journey by hiring a Local Development Agent, which is being extended year after year.

The Agent is responsible for managing employment, training, offer the support, advice and management necessary for entrepreneurs to start new businesses and to promote the consolidation of local companies already constituted.

D. Learning Area

D.1 Individualized counseling and support

The Employment and Local Development Agency informs its users of the progress and evolution of the different training actions, some organized directly by the A.E.D.L and others managed by other agencies. From here we exercise an unceasing and continuous work of orientation towards the formation through:

Conducting individualized interviews.
Career-oriented actions to the unemployed in their training towards those sectors that most correspond with their profile, or orient them to the sectors with greater labor supply and that are appropriate to their skills.
Professional orientation actions to the self-employment, organizing days of motivation to this one.
Vocational guidance actions for the employment of persons with disabilities.
Vocational guidance actions for employment to people at risk of social exclusion.
Design of itineraries of professional insertion for youngsters of middle and higher cycles.
