MUNICIPAL REPORT OF HABITABILITY FOR THE EFFECTS OF FAMILY REUNIFICATION

Municipal report that proves that a house meets the conditions of habitability. It is necessary to apply for family reunification.

WHO CAN APPLY?
Immigrants living in Daya Nueva who apply for family reunification and are owners or legal occupants of a dwelling.

WHEN?
All year.

WHERE?
Centro Social, C / Generalísimo, 5 Previous appointment.

STEPS TO FOLLOW
Request appointment for an interview at the Social Center.
The staff of the base team will cite you to visit the home.
Said team will issue a report for the interested party.

DOCUMENTATION
Photocopy of residence card and work.
Photocopy contract of rent or deed of property of the house.
Certificate of coexistence.
Contract of work and the last three payrolls.
Up-to-date working life.

APPLICABLE REGULATIONS
Royal Decree 2393/2004 of 30 December, which approves the Regulation of Organic Law 4/2000, of January 11, on the rights and freedoms of foreigners in Spain and their social integration (articles 45.2b and 46.2 C).

MUNICIPAL REPORT ON SOCIAL INSERTION

Municipal report to obtain a residence authorization for grounding reasons.

WHO CAN APPLY?
The interested party.


WHEN?
All year.

WHERE?
Centro Social, C / Generalísimo, 5 Previous appointment.

DOCUMENTATION
Original and copy of passport in force.
Certificate of enumeration: historical.
Certificate of Coexistence.
Original and copy lease or deed of property ownership.
Documentation proving your stay in Spain during the last three years. Preference will be given to the accreditation of this permanency through those documents that meet the following requirements:

Have been issued or registered by a Spanish Public Administration.
Be original documents or duly certified copies.
Contain the data of identification of the interested party.

Livelihoods: firm contract of employment, bank accounts, pensions, etc.
Documentation proving the integration of the immigrant in the municipality.

NOTES

The report issued by the City Council shall not be binding.
The report will be sent to the Government Subdelegation in Alicante.
